Before you submit

  • We currently only accept interview stories that reached the final stage or beyond.
  • Every story is reviewed, anonymized, and verified before publishing.
  • Compensation and timeline details are rounded for privacy. Example: annual base salary of SGD 183,000 may be published as SGD 180k to 190k.
  • Not every story will be accepted.
  • We may follow up with extra questions to keep quality high.

What usually qualifies

  • Reached at least final stage, for example offer, rejected at final, or withdrew at final.
  • Is recent, ideally within the last 3 years.
  • Has enough detail to be genuinely useful to other candidates.
  • Covers a company that is relatively rare or hard to find good interview data for.
